A Nigerian writer identified as Aiyede Edith has accused popular singer Mayorkun of trying to use ladies for his music video without paying for their job.
She claimed that the singer made it appear like he was doing the ladies a favour. However, the writer called the singer out, claiming that he wants to use the ladies without paying for their effort.
The trouble began after Mayorkun took to his Instagram page to announce that he would be shooting the biggest video of his career soon. He asked 100 ladies who are interested to appear on the video to sign up for it.
This post by the singer led the female writer to accuse the singer of using ladies by making it appear as a favour. She commented under his post, saying he has a need not a favour.
Mayorkun replied to her, saying she is taking his words out of context. He added that he does not want her to be in the video because her attitude is not beautiful.
The lady replied to his comment, claiming that he is making the video appearance look like a favour, but he would not be paying the ladies for their time and labour.
