Nicky Minaj Retires from music

Rapper Nicky Minaj announced that she will be retiring from music to concentrate on family. A move which sent music lovers in a state of stupefaction.

The hardcore rapper who is undoubtedly one of the best female rappers ever, has been active since 2007 when she released the “Play time is over” mixtape.

Born Onika Tanya Maraj, Nicky Minaj has received many accolades throughout her career, including 11 BET awards and 10grammy awards nominations. Her Debut album “Pink Friday” which was released in 2010 peaked at number one on US Billboard 200.

She tweeted;

We hope this is just a joke but if it appears to be true, Nicky has indeed left an illustrious legacy which will live forever.
